I'm a tough old thing at 63 and have used almost every product out there. But the SkinVac MD is most unusually effective. Part of what makes the SKINVAC MD so great is these long lasting tips. I even use the big one on my face... carefully. This company makes FINE products and gives you options to keep the price down.

I purchased the deluxe package along with the lipovac and from the first 3 treatments my cottage cheese thighs looked much more smoother. This machine does work. My kids nanny, her face had loads of black and dark spots and pimples. After four sessions her face is smother pimples gone dark spots reduced to light brown is fading.

I read many reviews and did a lot of research on the home microderms and after purchasing this one, I can say I made a GREAT choice! The materials are high quality, easy to use, and my skin is amazingly soft after using. I don't know about the long term help with fine wrinkles since I just started with it but my skin has never been smoother. I have been using twice a week and love the results!!! On a side, note, their customer service dept is also fantastic! I had trouble using it with my Shark Rotator and they got me up and running in no time. I love that you can attach to your own vacuum as many other products seems to lose suction after a while! Great value and very pleased!

I am always trying new skin care products and was looking at getting a professional microdermabrasion machine. I came across this item and was struck by the novel idea and the positive reviews that others had left. Since it was significantly less expensive than the machines, I went ahead and took a chance, and I am really glad I did! it is very easy to use, fit perfectly on my Hoover vacuum and I went to town. It does not hurt, just a slight pulling on the skin, and there was redness in areas that had been gone over more than once, but that was gone by the next day. My skin felt soft and silky everywhere I used it. I only did one forearm and asked three people to tell me which one felt smoother and all three were easily able to identify the arm that the microdermabrasion was done on, even though there was not any real visible difference. It did help lighten so sun spots on my arms, I am hoping with repeated treatment and better use of sunscreen I will see even better results. I highly recommend this product.

I have used other(several) devices before and they were okay. This SkinVac is by far the best at-home microdermabrasion device out there. I love that there are no upkeep items to purchase and no maintenance except cleaning tips of course. I am so glad I found this product. I actually ran across it by accident here and was really impressed by what I read about the product itself and the wonderful customer reviews. The instructions are easy to understand and the device is very easy to use. I love it and highly recommend.

Originally I ordered the NuBrilliance microdermabrasion vacuum and tips. Since my skin is damaged from overexposure to the sun in So. Ca., I used the system several times a week. In several weeks my tips needed replacement. I was discouraged that I would have to make an investment monthly on tips and was going to abandon the whole idea of trying to clear up my skin until I came across the forever diamond tips. I was a bit hesitant about investing more money and had my doubts there was a "forever" tip but decided to give it a try. I'm very glad I did.

I began using the SkinVac kit several times a week and see a distinct difference in my skin. The brown spots have gotten much less noticeable and after using it, I see a healthy glow to my face which wasn't there before. And I also notice my foundation goes on a lot smoother and I use less of it. I was so pleased with the tip that I ordered the larger one for the body as my chest area is also a mess from too much sunbathing in the years gone by. One of the things I like the most is it isn't time consuming. Once you get the hang of it, you can do your entire face in about ten minutes. That works for me!

I have been using this for a several weeks now. I saw results from the start. I did get a lot of build up on the tip at first. I just soaked it in white vinegar, good as new. It has really helped with the age spots, and skin color. My skin looks and feels smooth. My husband tells me I am looking younger. I will be trying their other products. Thank you

In the past, I regularly had micro-dermabrasion at the Dermatologist's office to treat my acne. It was very effective, but I was only in my early twenties, so had no concerns about aging skin. The only downside to it was the cost and the inconvenience of having to go into the office to get it done.

The package arrived faster than expected and exactly as pictured. Fits perfectly onto my vacuum, and is easy to use. After a few passes of the Diamond Tip, my skin felt amazingly soft and looked smoother. I can't wait to see the cumulative effects! I plan on ordering the body tip ASAP.

The machine and heads cost me less than one trip to the spa. Fits on all my vacuums with ease. Able to use with little effort. I can see a big difference on all areas. I have used on not only my face ,neck, chest, but also on my hands and arms. Great product at a really good price.

I like the quality of the metal wand and the ease of use. My kit came with two tips; one D200 and one D100, The included instructions are easy to understand. The tips are easy to attach to the metal wand and interchange in seconds. When attached to a vacuum, all of the associated dust disappears into the tubing. I could see immediate, positive results.
