Returns-
-UltraRadiance™ offers a 30 day money back guarantee on items purchased directly though UltraRadiance™ website (www.ultrazz.com).
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for the item you are returning. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
- Skin Care Products/Creams must be less than 10% used to qualify for a refund.
- Be sure to include all parts, pieces, printing materials and accessories in the original packaging that your order came with. (If any items are missing from your returned product they will be deducted from your return.)
- We are not responsible for any return packages that may be lost or become damaged in transit. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking and insurance.

-You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after your item is returned to us. In many cases you will receive a refund in a shorter amount of time. The time period for the returns includes the time for the package to be sent back to us. Time to process the return and time for your bank to process our refund request.
