I had professional microdermabrasions and they hurt so much, I didn't even finish the package. I wasted a lot of money and who can even imagine what microbes I was exposed to at that salon. The worst part was the terrible breakout that required injections by my dermatologist. "If I can't magically vacuum your pores, they certainly can't. I don't care WHAT they say they can do." It was humbling, painful, and expensive. Not to mention the embarrassing acne breakout while in my 40s. Well, if it was attention I wanted, I certainly got it.

The SkinVacMD has changed my skin care regimen forever! I have the ProDeluxe with Vacuum and it's my new best friend. (No talking back, it doesn't borrow my stuff, and it doesn't drink the last glass of wine.) For less than the price of ONE skanky salon treatment, I have my own high quality machine with extra tips- face, lips, and body. There are no filters to change, the cord is very long so it reaches anywhere, and the machine is small enough to pop into a cabinet or drawer. I have an unused (thank God) guest bathroom, so I leave mine on the counter where it's always available. Not to mention never, ever going to a salon for another treatment.
If the vacuum ever quits, I could use all the attachments on any vacuum I own because they are separate from the machine.

I never read instructions and found they weren't even necessary. Assembly is simple and there are two ways to control suction for sensitive skin. Or turn it up if you have barnacles requiring attention. The first thing I did was scrape the skin off my entire body. Every inch (well, I skipped a couple of important spots) is now smooth and soft. The second time I did it, I watched TV while I vacuumed. It's that simple. I thought the lip tip would never be used, but it does actually work better on my lips than the regular tip. I don't know if you're supposed to avoid the eyelids, but I use the lip tip there, too.

If you are waxing, machine tanning, spray tanning, or going to be in the sun, this machine is a MUST HAVE. You have to exfoliate before tanning or waxing to get the best results. I used this only twice before I went to the Bahamas and my skin was already glowing. All of my skin. My tan is perfectly even and beautiful. I live in Michigan and 10 days post-vacation, I still don't have that January dried-out post-tan alligator skin that all my friends are sporting.

After only two treatments, I believe I already see an improvement in those tiny, crepey lines on my arms and legs. (Insert obvious comment about sunscreen and tanning.) I know one of those million-freckle redheads who treated the back of one hand with her machine and that hand has NO freckles at all. Her entire body is freckled with the exception of her face and that one hand. (Now she just sounds like a weirdo.) That's absolute proof that this works. I concentrated on half of an 11 month old surgical scar and that half is just a little flatter than the untreated half.
I'm VERY excited to keep seeing results with my SkinVac. Michigan has anti-texting while driving laws, but they say nothing of doing a little vacuuming while behind the wheel...

Additionally, even my husband has noticed my smooth skin and he never notices anything. I went from brown hair to blonde and tattooed my eyebrows and eyeliner, all without his notice. I lost two pants sizes and while everyone else commented, my husband remained mute. Just when I was going to check him for a pulse, he commented on my smooth skin. So, guess who else is getting microdermabrasion.

I received this set as a gift. What I like about different grain diamond tips that came with this set is I can pick and choose which grain I want to use for my face or body, etc I have mix skin type on my face, but in general, I have very sensitive skin that break out easily. So, sometimes, I can't use rough grain tips around the blemish area. In this kit, there is a tip that has finer grain for face, which works perfectly for my skin type. Also, there is rough grain, D-75 for body tips and it works like magic on my feet. I have been using 'peg eggs' for long time. It does work, but emery finishing pads that comes with doesn't seem to last long for me. Also, it is smooth when I first using it, but after couple of days later, back of my heels feels very rough and have to use emery finishing pads to smooth it down again. While I was looking for a better solution to get rid of calluses and dead skin, I received this set. I tried D-75 Body tips on my heels just 2 times and my heel still feels smooth (no roughness) and stayed smooth. It's been over a week now. As a big fan of SkinVac MD system and SkinVac MD did it again coming up with different grain tips in one package. I have now large collection of SkinVac products. I have some of the same grain of diamond tips in this kits from my previous purchase. Now, my husband (he used to say to me that I am making too much fuss over natural process of aging) is now using SkinVac MD also. However, he is using extra tips that I have and he is not allow to touch this set.. LOL But, each tips comes out to be just over $13.00 each, I maybe consider getting the set for him if he wants it.

I have been using the skinvac for a month now and my skin looks great. I see all over improvement. Acne scars are diminished and my forehead and brow lines are softer and with the eye tip my undereye hallows look softer, smoother and even in color. I haven't had an acne breakout since I started using this. The package arrived quickly and was neatly packaged. I have couple of deep vertical lines between my eye brows. I used many different products; from very expensive facial cream to couple different skin improvement machine like derma wand & Nubrillian Microdermabrasion, to help minimize the lines between my eye brows, but none of them deliver noticeable improvement. My regular visit to Med Spa for many years, couldn’t deliver the results either. My husband thinks I am making big deal out of natural process of aging. Ha!

First, I bought SkinVac’s wand and tips to use it with my Nubrillian. Even though, SkinVac’s tips were 100 times better and effective than Nubrillian’s tips, Nubrillian’s suction was so weak; I didn’t see the improvement on these stubborn lines.

After I received SkinVac pro system from you (thanks again) and start using the system with your vacuum. I actually see my skin exfoliating (dead skin dust). Just yesterday, my husband said to me “That new machine you must be working. It maybe my imagination, but I don’t’ see the lines anymore!” I thought he was joking. How could it be gone? It’s only been about 2 weeks since I switched to SkinVac pro delux. I ran to the mirror to check it myself and just ready to yell at my husband for joking about my lines. OMG! He wasn’t joking!

I was so impressed, I took a picture of my face. To compare before I start using SkinVac and after 2 weeks, I put 2 different pictures in one frame - The picture that I took before I start using SkinVac (I took this picture for different reason, but it was just before I start using SkinVac) and the one that I took yesterday. I just couldn’t believe my own eyes.

I purchased a canister vacuum (was $65) to use with this product. It's not too noisy and it has a suction control dial, which works perfect for this product (did not purchase vacuum from Amazon.) Between purchasing the vacuum and this set, I still came out way ahead in price savings and ended up with a much better and efficient product. I can set the vacuum on my bathroom floor and the hose reaches perfectly to my face level. This way I can have a good view and lighting. The attachments fit perfectly and best of all- no disposable parts that need replacing for this microdermabrasion set. I have oily skin but have never had any acne so I can't give any input on how it works for removing acne scars but it does exfoliate wonderfully. I believe the benefits are cumulative and you have to wait a few months to see real results. I also have sensitive skin and I had no issues with this product. I have found that it works best if I use it weekly. I did use it too long once and got minor skin flaking for a few days and some redness for one day but for the most part it is almost impossible to do this wrong if you watch the demos on utube. The diamond tip is why I chose this product because I was told by a physician that this is the type of tip that will cause less irritation and redness. Also, the tip on the attachment with the extended tube is a wider tip that would probably be best used for body use. It's not a duplicate of the more narrow one that is shown on the small black attachment as shown in the photo. So you are getting two different tips with this set.

I ended up purchasing the Dirt Devil canister vacuum (was $65) to use with this product. It's not too noisy and it has a suction control dial, which works perfect for this product. I can set the vacuum on my bathroom floor and the hose reaches perfectly to my face level so I can have a good view and lighting. All the attachments fit perfectly.

I happened to be at bedbathandbeyond. Found a mini vac by black and decker which the skin vac fits perfectly and sits on the shelf perfectly. All is well and am using it! Thank you for being so attentive. I'm telling everyone about this tool. Will send a pic.

You would not believe how good my skin looks! The dermaroller keeps tightening it, like a mini life. I highly recommend this treatment to all my friends. I get many compliments on how good my skin looks. I want to get another treatment. It keeps getting better and better!
